Accommodation
The accommodation for the Kick-off Meeting is reserved in Quinta da Marinha Resort hotel
hosting the event, in the area of Cascais, 25 km from Lisbon in Portugal.
To book a room at the hotel, please download the accommodation reservation form which must be faxed directly to the hotel.
The hotel will subsequently confirm the reservation.

There are 150 pre-reserved rooms in the hotel. Negotiated prices are the following:
- Single room: EUR 120.00
- Double room: EUR 140.00
These prices are per room per night and include VAT and buffet breakfast at the restaurant.
These rates are valid for the mentioned dates and it will be applied for any reservation related with this event between 2 days before and 2 days after;
potential additional bookings are subject to availability.
Please book your accommodation by 15 February 2011 at the very latest
Cancellation Conditions
- With the reservation, a deposit of one night will be charged and will be used to hold the reservation for arrival.
- If cancelling from two weeks until 48 hours before the event, the deposit will not be refundable.
- If cancelling 48 hours before or No shows, 100% of the total estimated cost will be charged as a penalty.
Meeting Rooms
The cost for the meeting package will be covered by the COACH project.
A meeting package includes:
- renting of the meeting rooms with audio visual equipment,
- buffet lunches and coffee breaks
- mineral water, notepads, drops and pens
Wireless Internet access will be provided in specific areas.
